Art of Power Podcast: Barack Obama Redefines What It Means To Be a Man

Write
Write in your journal an ode to yourself. This can be a love poem to yourself, a list of favorite traits you possess, a scene or vignette in which you admire yourself, or any other writing that is a celebration of yourself.
Do
Let’s come together, reflect, connect, and set new goals for the summer! Join my seasonal group on Sunday, June 20th at 7PM MST.
Ponder

Wishing you a growth-filled June!
